Exclusive tower block with seven residential units. The building is divided into 3 levels. The darker base characterises the ground floor. 1st and 2nd floors are merged through a white frame. This is accentuated on the street side by means of high quality sliding elements. An exclusive penthouse apartment is accommodated on the recessed penthouse level with circumferential glass banisters. This can be reached directly by elevator from the ground floor. Towards the garden side the spacious balconies are completely designed as non-heated winter gardens. The sliding window glazing enables the exterior areas to be used for most of the year. The colour concept of the building is coordinated with the other buildings on Altenhöfer Allee. The additional penthouse level emphases the corner of the entire block in structural terms.
