Multi-generational quarter with 40 apartments for commuters, 52 rental apartments for families, 43 condominiums and 97 senior residences. The new quarter will be classified in terms of the program "social city" in the series of projects that justifies the upgrading of Frankenallee. In so doing the special mix of uses between residential, studio and commercial space but also the targeted range of different user groups will play an essential role. The main theme of Frankenallee finds its various interpretations in Kriegsstraße and in Frankenallee. This is done creatively through plasticity, the materiality of accentuated vertical separations. The plastered buildings rise up via a continuous clinker brick base in four to five-storey heights. The structural emphasis of the quarter corners set a striking start and give the ensemble its unmistakable character.
