In the direct vicinity of several projects carried out by planquadrat, a residential building project with 86 residential units is being built on the formerly used plot in Frankfurt's Gallus district. The district is characterised by a block perimeter development with residential use and partly commercial use on the ground floors. Corresponding to this urban character, a five-storey new building with penthouse floor along Flörsheimer Strasse creates a perimeter development of the block that is already bordered on three sides. Here 2 to 3 room apartments are being built. In the inner courtyard a three-storey structure for micro apartments is being constructed that is bordered by a green inner courtyard. The rear construction will have access to the inner courtyard via a spacious walkway through the front building.

The entire complex has a joint underground car park in the cellar that also offers spaces for car sharing and electric mobility.
