We have clearly structured tasks and processes and communication functions smoothly. We are always on hand for clients and teams. We have differentiated market knowledge and are closely linked to the construction sector. We are therefore in a position to offer our customers an edge in knowledge that provides quality and security to their construction projects. Uwe Ritter, our authorized signatory and managing director, has been contributing valuable experience to our team since 2001 and plays a key role in structuring our tasks and processes.
Acting in a flexible way
Our third subsidiary besides Darmstadt and Frankfurt was opened in Berlin 2018. Franciska Bösz is leading the young, dynamic team in the capital that faces the planning challenges with passion, expertise and that certain big city spirit. This location brings the necessary proximity to projects and to clients - especially in the north of the country - which we also need from an ecological and sustainable viewpoint.
