Uwe Ritter

Executive Director

Size is an advantage if quick, implementation-oriented decision-making processes are underlying. Our management comprises three partners and four employees. We have clearly structured tasks and processes and communication runs smoothly. We are always on hand for clients and teams. We have differentiated market knowledge and are closely linked to the construction sector. We are therefore able to offer customers a knowledge edge that provides quality and security to projects. Uwe Ritter, our authorized signatory and managing director, has contributed valuable experience to our team since 2001 and plays a key role in structuring tasks and processes.

Franciska Bösz

Acting in a flexible way

Our third subsidiary besides Darmstadt and Frankfurt was opened in Berlin 2018. Franciska Bösz is leading the young, dynamic team in the capital that faces the planning challenges with passion, expertise and that certain big city spirit. This location brings the necessary proximity to projects and to clients - especially in the north of the country - which we also need from an ecological and sustainable viewpoint. Since 2025, Collignon Architektur has also been part of our Berlin history. Through this partnership, planquadrat and Collignon Architektur are combining their strengths to set new trends and grow in a future-oriented way.
