Sustainable logistics centre in Ketsch

A sustainable logistics centre with an area of almost 23,000 square metres is to be built on the former site of an automotive supplier in Ketsch's southern industrial estate. In addition to high-quality storage space, the logistics centre will also include an independent, polygonal office building. The project, which costs around 50 million euros, is to receive the maximum DGNB ‘Platinum’ certification (alongside other market-leading ESG initiatives).
