Exclusive hotel suites, attractive flats, an in-house restaurant and comprehensive spa and health facilities: The new Strauss company resort was built on around 8,000 square metres directly next to the spa gardens in Bad Orb. The planning was based on the design by the architects plajer + franz; planquadrat joined in from planning phase 3 and took over the complete approval planning, execution planning as well as the tendering and awarding of contracts for this project.

The architectural concept of the resort, which is intended for employees and guests of the company, picks up on the local flora and the Orber salt crystal - the modern design language creates a striking appearance. The combination of high-quality architecture, sustainable design and diverse utilisation options makes this project a showpiece for modern urban development.
