New building of a logistics centre in Dubai. The semi-automatic logistics centre comprises approx. 120,000 m² of several assembly and consignment areas, various high-bay warehouses and a warehouse for garments on hangers. Moreover, there is a large area for incoming and outgoing deliveries for trucks and numerous office workplaces. In total over 500 people work in the hall. A two-storey airspace enables the natural lighting of all office workplaces in spite of compact room utilisation.
