Based on a decision passed by the city council, a residential quarter, Lyoner District, will be gradually developed in the former Frankfurt office city due to the high office vacancy rate. Planquadrat is planning a modern and urban residential building with 8 storeys for this new residential location, providing space for around 300 flexible apartments with different dimensions. Furthermore, the building will accommodate a day-care centre for children, commercial space and various restaurants on the ground floor as well as an underground car park with 38 spaces and 14 open parking spaces. Spacious roof terraces and a new green area offer the residents attractive open space. The facades are divided up into smaller subtypes through recesses and material changes and the high quality materials and large grazed areas underline the concept of modern, urban living. With this new building planquadrat is making a modern contribution to the development of the new residential quarter in Frankfurt.
