On the basis of a master plan developed by the City of Frankfurt and planquadrat, the west villa area in the west wing quarter of Frankfurt's Riedberg will complete the development of the areas of detached houses in the south of the area. Exclusive detached and semi-detached houses will be built here. The integral topic of the quarter is a polygonal shape of building that is particularly perceptible due to the colourful upper storey protruding out over the ground floor. Spacious loggias emphasise the ease of the architectural language. The ground floor is accentuated by selected colours and materials harmonised with one another.
The row comprising semi-detached houses West Twins“ forms the south western edge of the quarter, up to the bordering green areas. The elegant form of the building resembling a butterfly lends the rows an animated alignment along Fritz-Wichert-Ring and in the direction of the private gardens. The ground floor comprises a spacious, open living and dining area with access to the covered terraces and the garden. The individual rooms are on the upper floor and offer space to relax with two bathrooms and four rooms. Adjoining the spacious bedroom is a spacious loggia. Like the terrace it can be converted into a pleasantly protected area with sliding glazing.
