The residential district of Vorgebirgsgärten on the former DuPont site in Cologne comprises a total of 165 city apartments. Through its ideal connection to the inner city and the direct vicinity of the Vorgebirgspark, the district is in a central but also idyllic location. The construction field 1 comprises 13 four to five storey houses including spacious inner courtyards thanks to their block-like construction. This enables the residents to make and keep in contact with their neighbours. The inner courtyards also offer seating as well as water and sand areas. All apartments have a private access to the garden, a terrace, loggia, balcony or roof terrace.
