Westhafen Construction Field 4

Frank am Westhafen GmbH u. Co. KG has built a residential complex with 101 privately financed rental apartments (buildings 1, 2 and 3) as well as a residential complex with 40 condominiums (buildings 4, 5 and 6) on the site Speicherstraße / Hafenstraße / Bachforellenweg in Frankfurt am Main on legally separated plots. Both residential complexes are linked through an underground car park with a total of 141 parking spaces. This building description applied exclusively to the residential complex with 40 condominiums and to the underground car park. The use of the 18 boat moorings is each allocated to one residential unit. Planquadrat took on the layout and facade planning taking into account existing material specification for building 6.
