The architectural objective was the vision of a city crown for a new district in Amman. Four towers of different heights gather around a central "water garden" that marks the transition between public and private use. In the base a mall combines all public areas with spacious perspectives. At the front of the street lie a hotel and a business tower, each have a conference centre and an events hall. Two high-rise residences, a row of restaurants, a mosque, a kindergarten as well as a clinic adjoin the water garden.
