An existing building located directly at Gustavsee, that was formally used as an office, is being further developed to create a modern and sustainable administrative building. The planning envisages a structural restoration of the existing building and the new building of a supplementary 4-storey building wing and an the construction of a further storey for the use of a bistro.
Special value is placed on the energetic concept. It comprises photovoltaic systems on the roof and facade surfaces, just like intensive greening on the facades and roofs and a sustainable energy supply via a water-water-heat pump.
The innovative and flexible office spaces are being suitably developed with workshops, needs analyses and detailed programming methods. They are supported by varied communication and meeting rooms that can be found in the generously dimensioned access area. Moreover, the bistro and the adjoining roof terrace are ideal for after-work events.
