A 5-storey block with striking head-end structure is being constructed on Berlin's Stralau Peninsula in a central and quiet location directly between the Spree River and Rummelsburg Lake that elevates the development by one storey. The new building project comprises 30 apartments with underground car park and concludes the last free plot of land on the attractive peninsula.
The red high-quality brick facade with additional oriels emphasises the head-end structure at Fischzug, whilst the connecting row along Bootsbauerstraße consciously withdraws in its colouration. The spacious outdoor areas invite residents for a sundowner with a direct view over the water.
