The ten-storey residential building has a prestigious foyer on the ground floor as well as a swimming pool and fitness areas on the roof of the building. The design provides for up to ten different types of apartment, containing one to a maximum of 4 bedrooms and can be designed as maisonette apartments over two or three storeys.
