Architectural Design Façades
This large block contains two Hotels, a Hostel and two apartment buildings, partly serviced. Our façade design ties all five individual buildings together to a single object by horizontal concrete bands and a consistent materiality, the architecture reflects the dynamic of the surrounding area. The functions of the individual buildings are expressed in different variations of the façade typology – resulting from differing building grids and levels of comfort. Different types of façades address different value perceptions for the products of differing client target groups seeking accommodation.
The project was developed by CollignonArchitektur, which has been part of planquadrat Elfers Geskes Krämer since 2025.
