Our buildings show elegant, classic solutions for a modern architecture in the traditional Berlin block edge.
We designed 2 residential buildings with a flexible floor plan on Zehdenicker Straße as well as the entire basement with an underground car park and took over the planning coordination of the other architects involved.
Approximately 120 apartments have been built on a large plot at the corner of Choriner Straße and Zehdenicker Straße. 4 new buildings now form a block edge closure, 5 further buildings were realized inside the block. The entrance to the block interior with further residential addresses is emphasized by the layering of the façade and its sculptural high point.
The project was developed by CollignonArchitektur, which has been part of planquadrat Elfers Geskes Krämer since 2025.
