The first major project is realised in Dubai with the "Office Park“ and the partner office planquadrat Middle East is founded as an independent company under the management of Samir Khanfar.

In Germany planquadrat asserts itself in the competition for an innovation centre of the company Merck against the competition and moreover realises an exhibition "Cityspace" in Frankfurt am Main.
