Cricket Stadium Abu Dhabi

This concerns an urban design for an area comprising almost 1000 m² around the already existing cricket stadium near Abu Dhabi. Individual different zones surround a large elongated green zone. Residential areas with villas are being developed in low spatial density and detached houses with medium spatial density as well as apartment blocks. Furthermore, an office park and shopping mall with hotel are also planned. Various sport areas border the cricket stadium, such as a swimming pool, fitness areas and cricket practice fields. The various areas adjoin through the spacious distribution and through diverse paths on the plot and are interwoven with each other through the ever recurring green zone.

A new residential, working and recreation area is being developed.
