Kätcheslachparkvillas 7-10

Architecture, Residential Buildings,
Frankfurt am Main
  • Planning time: 2006 - 2006
  • Gross Floor Area: 3830 m2
  • Building contractor: Lechner Massivhaus GmbH

The town villas know how to do justice to the quality of their exquisite location at the Kätcheslach with their large terraces facing the park. Due to the elevated position on the underground car park, one has an incredible view of the Frankfurt skyline from nearly every level.
Circumferential white bands running horizontally were used as an essential design element, at the same time serving the purpose of accommodating horizontally slideable shading elements. The balconies facing south are furnished with movable glass elements, therefore enabling the use of the outside areas way beyond the normal time frame of summer. Every house consists of seven residential units including one exquisite penthouse over the entire floor space of the house with added terraces facing the east and west.
