Housing development Jahnstraße

On the basis of having won a competition, 55 semi-detached houses of various sizes in modular design are being built in the residential district of Jahnstraße 55. On the southern construction field eight semi-detached houses with three different types of the Strenger modular house are planned. For the eastern construction field six semi-detached houses are envisaged. On the basis of the zoning plan requirements, the houses are constructed with mono-pitched roofs and the roof surfaces used for PV installations and roof greening. With likewise greened façade surfaces, recyclable building materials, regenerative energy sources and incorporated charging stations for electric cars, the new buildings also make a convincing impressions with a sustainable utilisation concept
