The six structures fit in with the surrounding constructions and in addition form a protective back against the existing noise. This creates a peaceful green courtyard that will be planted with Scots pine trees. This grove serves as a play and recreation area for the residents. The apartments have an open area at their disposal with a view over the surrounding landscape. This has been developed partly as a sound-insulation proof loggia. To summarise this results in a high-quality, peaceful, green residential environment for all residents.
