Cooperative competition procedure with citizen involvement for the recovery of urban areas at the banks of the River Saar in Saarbrücken.
Design of new and adjacent urban space on a tunnel surface, creation of the city boulevard, conversion and new construction of several bridges, creation of new noise protection and flood retention areas in the project area and in the upstream areas.
